Apply for a Callista SMS Account

Before applying for a Callista SMS account you need a:

• UWA Staff Number - Non UWA Staff requiring access to Callista SMS should complete the Commencement of Non-University Staff form
• Pheme Account - Before Callista access can be granted, your Pheme account must be created Pheme Access

To apply for a Callista SMS account please:

1. Download the appropriate application form:
   • Faculty and School Staff
   • Central Admin Staff
   • ODBC Access
   • Residential College Staff
   
   
2. Complete the application form and obtain your Supervisor/Manager's signature endorsing your application.

3. Send your completed application form to SIMS Support, M009 or fax it to 6488 1053.

You will be sent an email advising you of your login details once your access has been arranged. Please note that it will be necessary for you to change your Pheme password before being able to access Callista SMS.
