Requesting Changes to Callista

The form available below is used to request changes to Callista. This can include changes to UWA local developments, reference data, report specifications/parameters or to propose a new UWA local development.  To submit a request for change, follow the process outlined below. You can also request that an existing Callista report be investigated if you are unsure about the data that is returned.

To streamline changes, all requests must be discussed briefly with a relevant Student Systems Business Analyst before submitting the form. To contact a business analyst email sims-support@admin.uwa.edu.au

Following that discussion obtain a request for change form, available here

Fill out the form and have it signed by your supervisor. Note: The form can be filled out electronically.

Once you have obtained the approval of both your supervisor and Student Systems business analyst, email the form, along with any accompanying material to sims-support@admin.uwa.edu.au

Once Student Systems receives your form, we will contact you to progress your request.
