The SOPG has been set up to act as a forum for raising and resolving operational issues, sharing ideas on best practice, and recommending priorities for enhancements to Callista SMS.

Terms of Reference

The terms of reference require the group to:

• Share information
• Identify enhancements to Callista SMS
• Identify enhancements to Callista-related business processes
• Identify enhancements to supporting documentation and training materials
• Facilitate action on operational enhancements
• Recommend priorities on strategic enhancements to the Callista Strategic Stakeholder Reference Group
• Report on outstanding issues to the Callista Strategic Stakeholder Reference Group
