Changes to Units and CoursesThere are two e-mail accounts for unit and course change requests as follows: These accounts have been set up to notify all necessary parties when changes come through, including SIMS Support, Student Administration and Timetable Office. The unit changes that can be actioned include: Changing a unit's teaching period may need approval from the Chair of the Academic Board (by way of email setting out the reasons to the Deputy University Secretary). The course changes that can be actioned include: - Correction of titles and credit points required to match published rules.
- Requests to reserve new course codes as part of the creation of new courses. Course codes will be active when approved by Academic Council.
- Changes to course completion rules to match published rules.
